1.2 Your Order

When you place an order on our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) listed. We will send you an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 5 to 10 business days.

1.3 Products

All products sold on this Website are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner, Gelato. Product images are representative. Minor colour variations between screen display and the printed product are normal and are not considered defects.

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. If you believe a product is materially different from its description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

1.4 Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you complete your order.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Your card details are never stored by us.

1.5 Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
