Shipping policy
All orders placed on padelstuff.co.uk are produced and fulfilled by Gelato, a global print-on-demand network. Products are printed at the Gelato production facility closest to your delivery address in the UK, which helps keep delivery times short.
4.1 Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. There are no minimum order values and no delivery charges at checkout.
4.2 Delivery Times
Each product is made to order after you place it. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Production time: 2 to 4 business days
• Standard UK delivery: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch
• Total estimated time from order to delivery: 4 to 9 business days
These are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, or in the event of carrier disruption. A dispatch confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order leaves the production facility.
4.3 Order Tracking
You will receive a dispatch email containing a tracking link once your order has been shipped. Use this link to follow the progress of your delivery. If you have not received a dispatch email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at padelstuff@sizzlecreative.co.uk.
4.4 Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for any costs associated with re-sending the order.
4.5 Failed Delivery and Unclaimed Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your carrier will typically leave a card with instructions for collection or re-delivery. Parcels that remain unclaimed may be returned to the production facility. In such cases, contact us and we will arrange a replacement order; however, you may incur a re-shipping charge.
4.6 Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at padelstuff@sizzlecreative.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
4.7 Delivery Scope
We currently deliver to UK addresses only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you would like to be notified when international delivery becomes available, please contact us.
