Refund policy
Because all products sold by Padel Stuff are printed on demand and made specifically for each order, our returns policy differs from that of a standard retailer. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
3.1 Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, unless the item is personalised or custom-made.
Standard, non-personalised products (for example, a t-shirt with a fixed printed design from our catalogue) are eligible for return under this right, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at padelstuff@sizzlecreative.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You must then return the item within a further 14 days. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
3.2 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at padelstuff@sizzlecreative.co.uk. Please include:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photographs showing the fault or damage
We will raise a claim with our fulfilment partner, Gelato, on your behalf. If the claim is approved, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, at your preference. In most cases, you will not need to return the faulty item.
Please note that minor colour variation between on-screen display and the printed product is a normal characteristic of print-on-demand production and does not constitute a fault.
3.3 Returns Process
To start a return, email us at padelstuff@sizzlecreative.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide next steps. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shopify Payments processing times may vary.
3.4 Items We Cannot Accept Back
We cannot accept returns for:
• Items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise used
• Items returned without prior authorisation
• Items returned outside the relevant time window
• Personalised or custom-made products, unless they are faulty or not as described
3.5 Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.
